Time management????

Hello
Well as if it is May already??????
Where does the time go.......
I have been eating good, well as good as I can. I find that sometimes I dont eat enough or I miss some meals still.
I havent been exercising heaps because I have been sooo busy.
I am in my last year at uni doing teaching and it is very hectic. I had uni today 9-6pm, then I have to come home and go straight to a Seminar on Children's Behaviour. Can any one suggest time management strategies???? I know it can be an excuse but I just struggle with the whole time thing. I know i could get up early but I have put myself in a bad habit of going to bed at 1am in the morning every night and then struggling to get out of bed!!!!
How do you all do it???
Here is a picture of me on my last prac, the children called me Miss V and gave me a teddy that they all signed their names on. Soooo gorgeous.....
Well must be off.......

Hi darl, Found you through RaeC blog:)
Don't panic we all have times in our lives that seem so hectic and out of control!!
But there are a few small things you can do to try and bring some organisation to your day's :)
My best ever tip would be food prep! Us girls that are trying to work towards fitness goals need to eat to fuel our body through our training so 6 small meals a day should be preped and ready to eat/heat.
I learnt from Rae to set aside one day a week were i cook and prep food for the coming week, i make soups and chicken medley Rae's recipe i also do stirfries and vegies then measure them out into serves and the freeze Rae also put me onto gladware as its so much better than my unsightly tupperware LOL
The other thing i did as a busy mum was get out my diary once a week and write down everything that has to be done in the week but the first thing i would organise is my exercise.
I don't think you need to get up at he crack of dawn to fit in exercise, and i also dont think you need to spend hours a day to maintain a healthy fitness level :)
My best advice is to sit dwn and assess what you would like to achieve with your fitness work out your goals and how you can schedule it all:)
With alittle time and practice you will be the most organised teacher around ;)
Em:)
Yeah I havent seen many SA bloggers here!!!! I saw yours and was like WOW. I live at Newton, near Athlestone, Paradise, that area. Dont know if you are familiar with it? Westlakes is on the other side of where I live. Teachers, go teachers!!!! Personal trainer, hey???? Maybe you can train me? How much do u charge and do you have to go to a certain gym? You can email me privately if you need to at my uni address: vissy001@students.unisa.edu.au
Look forward to hearing from you!
